Bank of New York reported assets under custody (AUC) as of the end of September of $52.1 trillion, up 14% from $45.7 trillion in the same period a year ago.
Assets under management (AUM) grew 17.6% to $2.14 trillion.
The average estimate of two analysts surveyed by FactSet was for AUC of $50.5 trillion and AUM of $2.05 trillion.
