You silly Billy, there is always beef at these international confabs.
And not just any beef. They seem to like Wagyu.
It may not be as buttery melt-in-your-mouth amazing as Kobe beef but OMG, as the kids say.*
First, a couple non-Wagyu choices on offer at COP28:
The Hungry Hub
If you're on the prowl for juicy beef, slabs of succulent meat coupled with a complex mix of decadent flavors melt in your mouth - there's no better place than Hungry Hub which can make an unforgettable gastronomical experience for you.

Perhaps not as fancy as the G20:
But then the G20 didn't have a break-out session on "Responsible Yachting. Today & Tomorrow" whereas COP28 knows its audience.
*Notes on beef:
...Kobe being a subset of Wagyu that is very difficult to obtain outside Japan. In the U.S. there are maybe ten restaurants that can procure the real deal. So, if the G20 wanted Kobe they probably would have had to ask Prime Minister Kishida to bring some along on his trip down from Tokyo.
Snooty enough for you or should I drop the name of a real honest-to-goodness Wagyu sommelier?
And looking ahead to COP30 in Brazil 2025, yummy, yum yum.
