“Yeah, I’m, you know, very familiar with space stuff. And I’ve seen no evidence of aliens … I would immediately tweet it out. That’d be probably the top tweet of all time. ‘We found one, guys!’ It’s the jackpot with some 8 billion likes.”
Mr. Musk might want to pull back from the Twitter box for a while.
This is a well-known psychological phenomena whereby your mind is captured by that which you are focused upon. Fortunately bloggers are highly disciplined and immune to this effect.
...When in doubt, go with the most hysterical headline.
