EUROPE: Carbon down 7.5% by midday

Something I have been working on is determining if carbon prices can be used as a predictor of either business conditions or energy prices. So far, nada.
If anything, carbon tends to lag the other indices I've compared it to, which of course, may be of some worth in itself.
