NEW: My former @FOXLA colleague Kevin captured video of the moment the #PalisadesFire first broke out on Tuesday morning. He runs @airlinevideos at LAX, where he has live cameras set up.
At 10:26 AM, as a Delta flight lands, you see the first small plume of smoke in the hills in the background.
At 10:28 AM, as a United flight lands, the smoke plume can be seen growing larger.
At 10:30 AM, Kevin notices the fire and active flames, and begins talking about it.
By 10:42 AM, the fire is fully established and the flames begin moving toward homes. Video credit: @airlinevideos
