I know two things about oats:
1) Horses seem to like them.
2) There was an inverse relationship between the futures and the price of Oatly's stock, but not big enough or reliable enough to consistently turn a profit.
One more thing, I don't think I've ever seen a chart pattern like this:
I'm guessing it is caused by something intrinsic to the oat market but I have no idea what that would be.
The regularity is creepy and brings to mind the old traders lament: "As soon as you think you've found the key, they go and change the lock."
