Senator Rand Paul's Annual Festivus Airing of Grievances

For folks who weren't keeping score (incl. moi) the Kentuckian announced his Presidential ambitions on April 7, 2015. The campaign was suspended on February 3, 2016.
I did not know he had a sense of humor.
